These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of immigration and legal consulting services by Tripster LLC, based in Warsaw, Poland.

2. Scope of Services
Tripster LLC provides legal and administrative support to individuals applying for immigration status in Poland. Our services include:
- Assistance with Temporary Residence Permit (TRC) applications
- Support in EU Long-Term Residence Permit procedures
- Handling of Permanent Residence Permit applications
Our role involves preparing and submitting applications, monitoring the process, and providing legal guidance throughout. Representation is limited to proceedings before Polish immigration authorities, including the Office for Foreigners and the Border Guard.
3. Legal Disclaimer and Acknowledgement
- Tripster LLC operates as a limited liability company offering expert services in immigration law.
- Although we act with due diligence (należytą starannością) to help clients achieve their intended goals, we do not and cannot guarantee the outcome of any immigration case.
- The final decision in all matters lies solely with the competent authorities, most often the Office for Foreigners.
- The duration of proceedings is subject to official timelines and outside the control of Tripster LLC.
- Clients understand that failure to provide requested documentation or attend scheduled appointments may negatively impact the outcome of their case and may result in a negative decision.
4. Cooperation Requirements
To ensure efficient service, Clients agree to:
- Cooperate fully in gathering and submitting required documents.
- Attend scheduled meetings or provide advance notice if rescheduling is necessary.
- Respond to communication from Tripster LLC within 3 working days.
- Notify Tripster of any changes in personal or case-related circumstances immediately.
Tripster LLC commits to:
- Keep Clients informed of significant developments.
- Respond to Client requests (if the information is available) within 3 working days.
- Consult the Client prior to taking major actions in their case.
5. Service Fees and Payment Terms
The total fee for immigration services is 3000 PLN, payable in two instalments:
- 1500 PLN upon commencement of services.
- 1500 PLN within 3 working days following the issuance of a positive decision by the immigration authority.
The above fee includes preparation of an appeal in the event of a negative decision, unless the decision is the result of the Client’s failure to provide required documents or cooperate. In such cases, an additional 1000 PLN fee applies for appeal preparation.
The fee does not include:
- Government application or administrative fees
- Photos for the application
- Costs of travel outside of Warsaw
- Express delivery or long-distance communication charges
- Creation of an individual INPOL account
Payments must be made in accordance with the Proforma Invoice issued by Tripster LLC.
6. Termination of Services
Tripster LLC reserves the right to terminate services if:
- The Client fails to provide accurate or complete information
- The Client does not attend scheduled meetings or fails to cooperate
- Continued representation is no longer possible or advisable
Any termination will be communicated in writing.
7. Confidentiality
All information exchanged between the Client and Tripster LLC in connection with service delivery will remain confidential and protected indefinitely, in accordance with Polish law and professional ethics.
8. Data Protection
Tripster LLC is the administrator of all personal data provided by Clients. Data is collected and processed in compliance with the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679), for the purpose of executing the contract and fulfilling legal obligations.
- Data may be shared with administrative bodies involved in immigration proceedings and trusted accounting service providers.
- Clients have the right to access, rectify, delete, or limit the processing of their personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Data will be stored for the legally required duration.
